SearchMyFiles allows you to make a very accurate search that cannot be done with Windows search. For Example: You can search all files created in the last 10 minutes with size between 500 and 700 bytes.
After you made a search, you can select one or more files, and save the list into text, HTML, CSV, or XML file, or copy the list to the clipboard. SearchMyFiles is portable, and you can use it from a USB flash drive without leaving traces in the Registry of the scanned computer.
What's new in this version: With version 2. 40, you can exclude files by using wildcards list. GetTubeVideo provides an excellent tool for pulling YouTube videos off the Internet and saving them on your computer.

This program was designed as a quick file editor for programmers, but works well as a small text editor for all users. The interface resembles Wordpad with a few additional function icons and menus.
Editor2's programming roots are evident in functions including line and column indicators, indentation control, brace and bracket matching, and hexadecimal viewing. Other users will appreciate the program's small size and memory load.
The single executable file isn't installed in Windows and multiple files can be opened concurrently. The program also works well as a small HTML editor with advanced features including 66 replace, view contents in browser, and search-and-replace history.
Editor2 is a powerful 66 editor suitable for any user, but many of its functions may be of no interest to novices looking to type quick notes.
However, its small size and portability make it a good tool for all users. Sponsored Manage updates with the Download App.
Download NowDownload Now Publisher's Description From ZavaraKatranemia: Editor is a really small Notepad replacement, yet packed with useful features for productive everyday use.
Both ANSIUNIX and Unicode text files are supported. It features powerful search-and-replace commands, Hex and RTF viewer, dual fontcolor selection, URL autodetection, lots of keyboard shortcuts, plus loads of 66 bits for programmers (brace matching, autoIndent).
The unique AutoText feature makes inserting HTML openclosing tags a breeze.
Editor is one of 66 richest feature-to-size packages in its class. Version 2. 5 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
Melodyne is a programm that allows a completely new approach to the handling of audio material. It analyzes the pitch and time of monophonic audio files (from, for example, singers, wind or string instruments) and offers the opportunity to change whole melodies in a way only previously possible at MIDI-Level.
Melodyne is able to change the musical parameters of voices or instruments without any actual influence on the character of the recording.
Melodyne extracts the pitch and the rhythm, and provides an area in which to play with the audio material. Any change in this material is interpreted by the software in a musically intelligent manner and the result will always sound natural.
Working with Melodyne is as easy as editing notes with MIDI.
Trying to identify the differences between two text documents full of hundreds of lines of code can be time-consuming and frustrating. Fortunately, there are utilities that can do this work for you, making document comparison both faster and more accurate.
AptDiff is an easy-to-use program that can compare both text and binary files and easily identify differences.
The program's interface is plain and intuitive. When AptDiff is opened, a dialog box appears asking users to select the two files that they want to compare.
Users simply choose the desired files, and AptDiff will display a side-by-side or top-bottom comparison, highlighting any differences.
Users 66 then merge the documents or cut and copy blocks of text in either one. AptDiff offers plenty of features, including the ability to toggle the files within the interface, launch an external text editor, and make one or both of the files read-only. Although AptDiff does have a search feature of sorts, it only searches for the first, last, next, or previous difference; there doesn't seem to be any way to search for specific text within the files, which could be a drawback for some users.
The program comes with a decent Help file that includes instructions for 66 line use.
Overall, AptDiff isn't anything fancy, but it's a quick and intuitive way to compare text files without a bunch of needlessly complex features.
AptDiff comes as a ZIP file.
It installs politely but leaves a folder behind when uninstalled.
